Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

At Carve & Glow, each piece is handcrafted with care. Our total timeline (Order Preparation + Delivery) is as follows:

  • Pakistan (Domestic): Your order will be prepared and delivered within 2 to 6 business days.

  • International Orders: For our global customers (USA, UK, Australia, etc.), the total time for order preparation and delivery is 6 to 12 business days.

Customs, VAT, and Taxes

We offer a completely hassle-free experience for our international shoppers.

  • Brand Covered: Any applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) or import duties will be handled and paid by Carve & Glow.

  • No Hidden Costs: The price you see at checkout is final. You will not have to pay any extra charges or taxes to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your handcrafted organizer is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are 100% correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue for you.
